Tip o' the Day - Baby Pink Nails

"Remember how you hated black polish in the nineties (too goth) but couldn't get enough of it in 2006 (where there was a waiting list for Chanel Black Satin), only to watch its popularity fade for... eggplant? Trendy nail polish come and go, but pale pink remains. 'It's glam, it looks great on all skin tones, and it really hides chips,' says celeb manicurist Jin Soon Choi.

"The trendy length: short. 'Less maintenance, easier to text!' notes Choi. You know the drill - file, base coat, two layers of color, topcoat. Our beauty staffers' fave baby pink is OPI Nail Lacquer in Kiss on the Chic. If the shine dulls, rub on cuticle oil."
